5th Grade Recognition Ceremony

Tuesday, June 16th: 5th Grade Recognition Ceremony
Location: Audubon Gym/Cafeteria
Start: Ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30PM on June 16th.
Parking: If possible, please walk to school, or park on the street in the neighborhood behind the school. There is a pathway that comes into the playground. Do not park in the pick-up area, bus lanes, or fire lanes.
Dress Code: Students can wear anything they want. Some students dress up and some don’t. In the past, some students wore dresses with low heels, or collared shirts and pants.
Sign out: There will be sign-out sheets at the entry way. Please sign-out your 5th graders and younger siblings before the ceremony. After signing them out, have the office send down younger siblings and please be in the gym/cafeteria by 1:20.

After ceremony: After the ceremony there will be a photo-area set up for students and families to take pictures together. Please try to leave the school as soon as possible after the ceremony to prevent traffic build up for regular pick-up.
