Cultural night brings our community together to celebrate diversity, traditions, and stories that make us who we are. Through food, art, music, and shared experiences we aim to build connection, belonging, and respect for one another.

🌟 Multicultural Night Schedule

  • 5:30 - 7:00 pm: Cultural Exhibits period, Passport Activity & Explorer Challenge 

  • 7:00 - 7:30 pm: Academy Cultural Performances

  • 7:30 - 7:45 pm: Parade of Nations (bring a flag & have your kids wearing traditional attire optional)

  • 7:45 - 8:00 pm: Explorer Challenge Awards (3 grades with the most submissions win a surprise party!)

  • 8:00 - 8:15 pm: Everyone clean up!

We have prepared two kids-friendly activities to run alongside the table exhibits, encouraging students to discover and learn about various global traditions through active exploration. 

 

Passport Activity

  • We will provide Audubon Passports featuring the flags of every culture on display.
  • Students will visit booths, engage with hosts to learn fun facts, and collect unique stamps on their passports.
  • Passports with 5+ stamps can be turned in at the PTSA station for a small prize.

Explorer Challenge

  • A questionnaire focused on cultural details will be attached to every passport.
  • Accurate questionnaire submissions -at the PTSA booth- will count toward a grade-level competition.
  • The three grades with the highest participation will be celebrated with a surprise party!
