What time does each class or grade run?
Run times are being finalized and will be shared soon.
Where should students report before the run?
Class and grade-level instructions will be shared once the Fun Run Day schedule is finalized.
What should students wear?
Clothing and footwear guidance will be shared with families before Fun Run Day.
What happens if it rains or the weather is poor?
The weather plan is still being finalized. We’ll communicate any changes or contingency plans before the event.
Can parents and families come to cheer?
Yes. Parents and families are welcome to come and cheer students on. Additional viewing and timing details will be shared soon.
Can parents run or walk with students?
This detail is still being finalized and will be communicated before Fun Run Day.
How can parents volunteer on Fun Run Day?

What happens if a student cannot run because of an injury or other need?
Participation and accommodation details are being finalized. Our goal is to make the Fun Run inclusive for every student.

Does every student have to fundraise?
No. Fundraising is voluntary. Every student participates in the Fun Run regardless of how much their family raises.
What if a student raises $0?
Nothing changes. Every student participates in the Fun Run. Fundraising is voluntary.
What should I tell a student about fundraising?
Keep it simple and positive: “The Fun Run is coming! Ask your family if they have visited your runner page and shared it with family and friends.”

We want students excited about the event, not pressured about money.
What if students start comparing how much they raised?
Please reinforce that the Fun Run is a school-wide community effort. Individual fundraising totals are not a measure of participation or success.
How do families find their child’s runner page?
Families should log in to the Audubon PTSA website, open the Fun Run campaign and select their child’s personal runner page.

What if a family has more than one child at Audubon?
A separate personal runner page is created for each child.
Can grandparents, relatives and friends support a runner?
Yes. Families can share each child’s personal runner-page link with grandparents, relatives, friends, neighbors and coworkers through WhatsApp, text, email, social media or another channel.
When and how are the prize drawings held?
Prize drawings take place on October 12 and October 19. Five winners are selected randomly at each drawing.
How does the class award work?
The class with the highest achievement versus its fundraising goal will win the class award. The specific award will be announced soon.
Can employers match donations?
Many employers offer charitable matching. Families should check their employer’s specific program. Staff do not need to explain or troubleshoot matching programs.
What if a parent has a runner-page, donation or account problem?
Please direct the family to the PTSA at fundraising@audobonptsa.org . Staff do not need to troubleshoot accounts or payments.
