Setting up and personalizing your child’s page.
Do I need to log in?
Yes. Log in to your Audubon PTSA account to access and edit your child’s personal runner page.
Where do I find my child’s runner page?
Once you are logged in, your child’s personal Fun Run page will appear under Fundraising Campaigns. Click your child’s link to open the page.
What if I don’t see my child’s runner page?
First, make sure you are logged in with the parent account connected to your child. If the page still does not appear, contact us at fundraising@audobonptsa.org .
Can I add or change my child’s photo?
Yes. Open your child’s runner page, choose Edit My Audubon Runner, and upload the photo you would like to use.
Can I change the runner name?
Yes. The runner name displayed on your child’s fundraising page can be edited from the runner setup screen.
Can I change the fundraising goal?
Yes. You can edit the goal at any time during the campaign. If your runner reaches the goal early, you can increase it and keep going.
Can I personalize the welcome message?
Yes. Add a short message to make the page more personal and help friends and family understand why your child is participating.
How do I know when someone donates?
Turn on donation email notifications while editing your runner page. You can also enter multiple email addresses if more than one parent or guardian would like to receive notifications.

How can I share my child’s runner page?
The runner page includes built-in sharing options for Email, Twitter/X and Facebook.
Can I share the runner page through WhatsApp, text or another app?
Absolutely. Copy your child’s personal runner-page link and share it through any channel you prefer — WhatsApp, text message, email, family groups, social media or anywhere else.
Which link should I share?
Share the link from your child’s personal runner page, rather than only the main Fun Run campaign page. Each runner has a unique personal page.
Who should we share the page with?
Start with people who already know and care about your child — grandparents, family members, friends, neighbors and coworkers. Even small donations can add up quickly.
Do donors receive a receipt?
Yes. Donors receive a donation receipt after completing their contribution.

Make your donation go even further.
$100 DONATION + EMPLOYER MATCH = $200 FOR AUDUBON
Many local employers offer charitable matching.
Can my employer match my donation?
Many local employers make matching contributions to charitable organizations like Audubon PTSA. Even if your company is not on a published list, it may still offer a matching-gift program, so it is worth checking.
What name should I search for in my employer’s giving portal?
Audubon PTSA may appear as:
AUDUBON PARENTS TEACHERS AND STUDENTS ASSOCIATION
OR
Audubon Elementary PTSA
OR

Why does the registration address show Tacoma, WA?
Audubon PTSA is a 501(c)(3) registered through Washington State PTA, whose office is located in Tacoma. Because of this, your employer’s giving portal may show the registration address as Tacoma, WA.

Check with your employer first. If you still have questions, contact us at fundraising@audobonptsa.org .

What is the school-wide fundraising goal?
Our Audubon Fun Run goal is $30,000.
When does fundraising run?
The fundraising campaign runs from October 1–15, 2026.
What if my child reaches their goal early?
Keep going! You can increase the runner goal and continue sharing the page.
Where can I see how classes are doing?
Visit the Class Leaderboard to follow class progress throughout the campaign.
💡 Don’t my tax dollars already pay for public education?
Technically, yes. But public education has been underfunded year after year, which means local communities are often left to help fill the gap.
If that feels unfair, that is also why PTSA advocates for students at the local, state and federal levels.

Sign in, then open your child’s personal fundraising page.
